Best way to improve hand eye coordination in baseball?

you and a few people get in a circle with a ball and your gloves. Make sure you are almost touching, but a little apart. take the ball and quickly roll it to someone else that isn't next to you. They must do the same. It helps you grab the ball and react to give it to the right person quickly. This helped me in minor softball because I was the catcher and its almost impossible to throw out third base and I did. I did this activity every practice.
