Muscles really sore???? help?

If you properly stretched then the reason that these particular muscles are sore is because of the sprints. You have not worked the quads out to that extent in quite some time would be my guess. Also did you have a proper cool down time? You should cool down as long as you warm up. To prevent further muscle aches do a full body all muscle workout 2 or 3 times a week.
