Can I get my sister-in-law deported?

My brother is a legal us resident. He married a girl from Gabon. They are in the process of getting divorced but she is contesting everything and dragging out the process. She had a visa to teach , but never found a job and her visa is expired. Can I call DHS on her and get her deported?
