Can u pick something up from a ups that's supposed to be delvered to u?

I have done this very thing before. I called the 800 number for UPS and informed them of my desire to pick it up. I told them that I could pick it up at their office and gave them the location. I had to give them the tracking number of course. You will also have to take a picture ID (driver's license) or some other form of identification. They can help you with that when you call them. I had no problem doing this, so you shouldn't either. Hope this helps!
