Congenital Ptosis in a baby ?

Congenital Ptosis just means that the eyelid droops over the eye. the reason for the referral is to monitor it and potentially fix it surgically if it droops to much. You can tell if it droops to far by looking where the eyelid rests on the eye. If it starts to cover the iris then it needs to be corrected.
