Why does my kitten have a pooch?

the same thing happened to my cat when I got her spayed. I went back to the vet to see if anything was wrong. Nothing was wrong. It normally happens to cats that have been spayed. Nothing unusual. I would take her to the vet regularly but for something like this where nothing has changed besides a little pooch, I'd just call. She's acting normal so I wouldn't worry too much.
