Why do teachers complain so much?

I think your being very unfair to teachers. A lot of outside work is needed. A lot of teachers have to pay for basic supplies out of their pocket. They aren't able to teach how they want and are the punching bags on all sides when kids fail. They get little respect for teaching our "next generation" when they are required to have six years of schooling. They have tons of stress and everything is their fault when the school system fails. Teachers are the very least problem of the money hole we call a school system.
