Lamictal Side Effects?

I have been on Lamictal for severalm months titrating up to 200mgs recently. Within like two days i have developed a light rash on my face. No reason that i can see other than the medication. I feel tired and have to force myself to eat. I'm wondering if I'm just worrying for nothing or if this could be a reaction.
