Ok, here's what you do. Call your doctor and explain your symptoms. If they suggest you go to the hospital, ask your doctor to call ahead to the hospital to make sure they take your concerns seriously. Tell your doctor that you don't think they are taking you seriously. At this stage, you need to be checked out, in my opinion.
