Have you ever tried to deal with Verizon technical support?

They have to be the WORST on earth, they bounce you all over the place, you get multiple prompts for choices on the phone, they don't even know one another, and when they DO transfer you, it is A. to the WRONG person, B. It hangs up or C. To another company. How is this even possible? Am I the only one that has had to displeasure of dealing with this atrocity?
