This is why ual harment is such a subjective matter! Do you consider this to be ual harment?

i think it is ridiculous...there was no harm done to the girl as she didn't think it was ually harring and they were friends...i have done that with other friends of mine who were dressed nicely and it didn't matter if they were male or female...they looked nice...i think it cheapens the basis for ual harrement which is a serious issue and makes others think of the cases which are truly ual harrment in a lesser light.
