Are these kinds of grades good enough for these colleges?

ok first of all, you have to make sure what ur gpa is. u cant go from a 4.6 to a 4.0. make sure you do AS WELL AS U CAN on ur 9th grade, cause in the end years ur gonna be struggling to get the same thing u could have gotten when u were a freshman. those grades right now are around the average to get in those schools, maybe even below. cornell's an ivy and im not sure u can get in there, and penn is very hard, but ur in the state so idk. just make sure ug et a lot of ap cles and clubs, and dont forget about diong community hours somewhere ou would like to work
