Help!? I don't know what else to do!?

To make a long story short, I have been suffering with this agonizing abdominal pain in the lower right quadrant of my abdomen that keeps getting worse.. I have kidney stones, but the Dr.'s do not think that they are causing the pain because they are still near the kidney. I have been running a fever of 99.5-100 and one time it was 101, but they have checked my white blood count and it is normal. Well, hello, I have a fever, so I must be fighting infection somewhere. I have thrown up and keep having diarrhea. I have had 3 CT Scans and 2 have shown up that I have stones in my appendix. The Dr.'s thought maybe I had appendicitis, but my blood count is not up and my appendix does not appear to be inflammed. The last CT Scan showed that I have some free flowing fluid in my abdomen. The Dr.'s say that something probably burst. They said it was probably a cyst from somewhere. Anyway, the pain just keeps getting worse and I have no idea what else to do.
