How can I make my fully paved driveway look attractive with flowers/plants/shrubs??? ?

Whilst I love the fact that we finally have space in front of our new home to park our car, we don't have an ounce of soil in which plant anything nice and make the front look nice. I'd be grateful for any ideas / websites that may give me inspiration??
