I am trying to find a great hike in guatemala, any suggestions?

A buddy and I are considering traveling to guatemela but are mostly interested in an intense hiking adventure? What is the hike that we absolutely must do while in guatemala? Are there any mountaineous regions there that provide good hikes? We are fond of high elevations which can bring in foggy weather (we considered going to the cloud forests in monteverde, costa rica).
