My computer has a virus. Please help.?

The best option is usually a System restore. It will ask you to which point you want to go back to so make sure you pick a date when you know you were OK. If this fails, you can always try to re-install windows or take it to a local shop to get your stuff out it but this could be a couple of hundred dollars.
