My friend is 30 n is trying to conceive since last 5-6 years but she cant get pregnant. she is on treatment?

since more then 3 years. Has shown to one of the best gynecologist n she has even tried in vitro fertilization many times too. Her doctor says her endomertium won't allow the egg to implant n sheds as soon as there is fertilization. can any one PLEASE advice any site which i can check for her . PLEASE if u have any idea PLEASE help i cant see the couple in this state. they r so fond of children PLEASE HELP PLEASE..................
