Out of body experience, astral projection, advice?

Does sound like a profound experience but not OBE. Keep mediating, now that you have had that happen and you did not die next time it happens you will have no fear. I once had a similar thing happen but entered the void all darkness not scary though most likely because I knew what was going on. I did not attempt for that to happen and it has not happened again. Fear not fellow seeker.
