Pressure to date? What should I tell people?

Well supposedly this kid I barely even know "likes me". People keep on pressuring me to go out with him. I really don't want to though, for multiple reasons. Such as I don't really know him, I'm only 13 and my mom doesn't allow me to date, and because I think it's silly. I think if people are too immature too talk to someone/ask them out directly there too young too have a girlfriend/boyfriend. It makes me very uncomfortable when people tell me to go out with the kid, and ask me questions, and blabbity blah. I feel like people think I'm some sort of snob for refusing to go out with him, like I say no, because I think I'm to good for the kid or whatever. It's really irksome, because I haven't even been directly "asked out". What should I say to these people. Eff off and don't bother me again?
