Yugioh!-How do I stop a spellcaster deck with my dragon deck?

I know dragon decks are not good, but it's nearly unstoppable when I summon shining dragon. But it always gets killed by my friend's dark paladin. I know only three cards to stop it: zero gravity, ready for intercepting, and gandora the dragon of destruction. Know any other dragon support or dragon type monsters to stop dark palabdin? Spells don't work.
