Is the world crazy because we are all products of inbreeding?

If you believe literally in the Bible, you know that after Cain killed Abel, he was banished to the wilderness and eventually met his sister, whom he "knew." They produced Seth and before Cain's death he had built a city. All of the residents of that city were descendants of Cain, his 'wife' (unnamed in the Bible) and their son, Seth.
