Question about quote in movie, Munich?

The dialogue when the members of the team are sitting around, sort of debating on whether or not what they were doing was wrong- I think it was after they killed the first guy. It was something about the angels drowning a bunch of Egyptians in a river, and then God says why are you rejoicing, you just killed thousands of my children- or something like that. What is this from?
