The easiest way would be as a student. How far along are you in your law degree? Maybe you should think about doing a law program or other degree at a US school instead. If you are interested in health care you might have a better shot at finding an employer in the US even if you got your education in the UK. You could switch your program of study to nursing, a technical field like radiology or even go to medical school instead of law school. I know there are a ton of foreign doctors in the US from all over the world.
