Why do teachers complain so much?

I think your being very unfair to teachers. A lot of outside work is needed. A lot of teachers have to pay for basic supplies out of their pocket. They aren't able to teach how they want and are the punching bags on all sides when kids fail. They get little respect for teaching our "next generation" when they are required to have six years of schooling. They have tons of stress and everything is their fault when the school system fails. ok so im 15 and a male. I am very twitchy/jumpy. I never stop moving my feet. I never stop biting my nails. I have troubles sleeping because i just dont feel like it. I can not focus in cl no matter how hard i try. I get tired/fall asleep while reading a book. I am very forgetful even when reminded constantly. I have mood swings (ill be happy one second and pissed off for no reason the next). I day dream alot. I always move no matter what im doing.. Hey im luis, My mother ped away September 30th 2010 from bone cancer, i have three sister no brothers, one of my sister died at like 9 months pregnant, my other sister is handi-cap and my other sister is 24. I've been depressed lately and now I HATE going to school and no, it's not because i hate learning, it's because I feel like a total misfit there. Everyone there is so into sports and almost all the girls in my grade are like tomboys and are into other stuff. And me? Well, I'm a girly girl who totally stinks at sports no matter how hard I try and I like makeup, dancing, singing, acting and alot of stuff tomboy type/sporty girls might NOT like and now I hate being different!!! i know its annoying, the one thing i hate most is clutter, esp of stuff ill never use. this is however a moral problem, its it "sentimental things" for HIM and therefore is not really your tjhings to throw away. maybe u could pack them away in the back of a cuboard for a few yrs, then ull have a basis for an argument when u want to say they are never used. or maybe u caould sit down with his family or him and pick out a few things he wants to keep and chuck the rest. if u hate the bedspread maybe u can pack it at the back of a cuboard or under the bed in a box out of the way, if not, maybe u could alter it in some way to match your tastes. i know its hard but i wouldnt like it if someone threw out my stuff, its not a good judge of character.

One problem I have is the scheduling. A team like Detroit will only play each eastern conference team once every three years. THAT IS ABSURD! so, crosby, ovechkin, malkin, brodeur, jagr, etc. will only play against detroit ONCE EVERY THREE YEARS! that is ridiculous. obviously, i'd fix that by increasing the number of games played against those teams. it will grow the game because cities with less hockey interest might get more interested if they get to see crosby often.

I have a brain tumour and I'd like an opinion on...?

I was wondering if surgery would be the best way to get it out? I've been with chemotherapy for a while - small amount of shrinking was the result. They've suggested I go with surgery to remove what's left because it has shrunk it slightly. It hasn't spread - and I'm not sure if it even can. It's malignant. Would radiotherapy be another better option? If I were to get surgery to remove it, would anyone know what they'd do ? I'm not so sure about the surgery option - a bit worried. I have done this very thing before. I called the 800 number for UPS and informed them of my desire to pick it up. I told them that I could pick it up at their office and gave them the location. I had to give them the tracking number of course. You will also have to take a picture ID (driver's license) or some other form of identification. They can help you with that when you call them. 6 month old night feedings- What is average, above average or below average?

My 6 month old baby boy has settled nicely into a schedule, but I want to know if I should expect more and work with him on changing his night feedings or just except this as a good schedule. He is asleep by 7 pm after nursing and rocking him for about 15 minutes and he wakes up 5 to 6 hours later between midnight and 1 am for a 10 minute feeding. Then back to sleep and awake again around 3 am for a 10 minute feeding, then between 5 and 5:30 for a feeding and diaper change and then up for the day around 7. So 3 feedings not including wake up. I read that most babies sleep thru the night but my baby boy does not seem close to that at all. Should I just accept him this way and learn to deal with the lack of sleep? Thanks!

you and a few people get in a circle with a ball and your gloves. Make sure you are almost touching, but a little apart. take the ball and quickly roll it to someone else that isn't next to you. They must do the same. It helps you grab the ball and react to give it to the right person quickly. This helped me in minor softball because I was the catcher and its almost impossible to throw out third base and I did. I did this activity every practice.

Did you see anything at all when you boot up the computer? Things like BIOS settings/ Chipset.... that would generally show up on the monitor. Maybe the resolution setting is much more than what your monitor can handle. Reboot and log in Safe Mode and lower the resolution.

I'm not sure how you can be a doctor and not like biology on some level, just as I'm not sure how you can be a rocket scientist and not take some kind of interest in aerodynamics (though I don't think being scared of heights is that much of a problem; you're building and programming the things, not riding them). So while I think your switch makes perfect sense and hopefully in the course of programming you'll find something you do want to develop, I don't quite know what to tell poor Taylor. Why exactly does he want to be a doctor? Maybe there's some other avenue to that ambition (engineering with a focus on health care tech, perhaps?), or some other major that'll keep him saner while he grits his teeth through the other pre-med requirements.

About my horseback riding arena?

Okay, I have this arena kind of. Like, it used to be a pasture, but it's flat and in a rectangle shape so we started working it up last year and now there's no more gr. It's a little small because the one side has like a frickin rocky mountain and we had a guy come look at it and he said we'd have to use dynamite, but anyway. When we work it up, the ground is fine, it has some rocks that we always have to pick out, but it's still okay. But if it rains, it's super muddy for like 4 days, and then after not working up it gets really hard. We were gonna put sand in it, but do you think if we keep working it up like twice a week and picking out rocks, it will eventually be okay?

It only has one electron, so it would tend to hold onto it right? Dell updated ship date confusion?

Alrighty, a little while back I ordered myself a dell and they told me estimated delivery was 03/02/2010, about a month from when I ordered it. Now I went to check my status (not sure why, just wanted to) and now it says estimated delivery is 02/12/2010. How can I make homemade brownies that are chewy but NOT fudgy?

I've made four different recipes for homemade brownies, and I'm satisfied with none of them. I don't want them to be totally cakey and dry. But I DEFINITELY don't want them to be fudgy, and most of the recipes I tried yielded a brownie that actually had the texture of fudge when I bit into it, very creamy and melty on the tongue. I want something chewy, something with more body than that, but not quite on the level of cakey, not dry. My only other requirement is that it be doable with cocoa powder, not solid chocolate ('cause I have a ton of cocoa in the cupboard already). Help?

You could work in the ER, OR, ICU, NICU, or on the floor of a hospital (or in any other department), or in a health clinic, or you could travel (good pay). You could work for awhile and then teach. Nurses are in demand and will be for a long time. You'll find a job no matter where you decide to live. If you love nursing, don't listen to what other people say. It's difficult, sure, but isn't everything? Do what you're pionate about.

Chevy Tracker 2005 ZR 2 engine sounds?

On a ZR2 does anyone know any specific reasons why the car would develop a slight humming sound that is audible over the sound of the engine? The car in question also lost some power since new when going uphill. Local Chevrolet techs apparently said they don't mess with it as they don't know what it is and the engine is a Suzuki engine. They would have to take the engine apart at a cost of over $2000 and not guarantee any results. They also said that the problem is also connected to the electrical system, possibly. Help!? I don't know what else to do!?

To make a long story short, I have been suffering with this agonizing abdominal pain in the lower right quadrant of my abdomen that keeps getting worse.. I have kidney stones, but the Dr.'s do not think that they are causing the pain because they are still near the kidney. I have been running a fever of 99.5-100 and one time it was 101, but they have checked my white blood count and it is normal. Well, hello, I have a fever, so I must be fighting infection somewhere. I have thrown up and keep having diarrhea. I have had 3 CT Scans and 2 have shown up that I have stones in my appendix. The Dr.'s thought maybe I had appendicitis, but my blood count is not up and my appendix does not appear to be inflammed. The last CT Scan showed that I have some free flowing fluid in my abdomen. The Dr.'s say that something probably burst. They said it was probably a cyst from somewhere. Anyway, the pain just keeps getting worse and I have no idea what else to do.

Laser hair removal - fallout?

Well, I'm a guy who just had my facial hair "removed" by Sona Med Spa in houston. They did the gel and laser, which hurt like hell, because I have dark, coarse hair. This is just my two cents but I think it's dependant on the drug and the person. I think if someone is to be considered a responsible drugs user then they first and foremost should do research on whatever they're ingesting into their body. Secondly they should no when enough is enough and lastly they should always carefully monitor the frequency that they use the drug and set a limit on how often to do it. So many people are dominated by the drug rather then being the dominator. Also I think they're are many drugs in my opinion that should not be used at all including meth, cocaine, heroin, and DXM. The coax I have has minimal braided wire, but a foil like wrap under the braid and over the insulation. The amount of braided wire almost seems too minimal for a good connection. Should I include the foil in the crimp, or cut it off with the outer sheath?

I bought it brand new ive only took it out on the field once but before i did i installed a virtue board and when i put on the gas it was leaking terribly so i took it apart and tightened the solenoid valve which made it stop leaking but its still losing pressure every now and again and ill have to shut it off and turn it back on. If i shoot say 3 times and it doesn't shoot anything or looses pressure, when it regains pressure it'll shoot the 3 along with the last one but it wont go very far and sometimes ill have to shoot a little bit till it gets full pressure. Any ideas? maybe its the solenoid valve isn't tightened all the way still? I'm planning on taking a look at it tomorrow though so quick feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

Well supposedly this kid I barely even know "likes me". People keep on pressuring me to go out with him. I really don't want to though, for multiple reasons. I don't understand myself. Not in the least. I'm in love with my best friend. We have been besties for three years now.
